Wellness resources to
help you thrive
We are building a network of support and opportunities for veterans, military, first responders, and families. By addressing mental, physical, and social wellness, Project Zero provides a holistic approach to transforming wellbeing to improve their quality of life, resilience, and self-sustainability.
There is no single solution. If you have an idea or a collaboration please contact us, we'd love to hear from you.
If you or someone you love is in crisis, there is help available. Project Zero works with and refers to other organizations meant to meet your need when you need it most.

Refocus energy into something that'll ignite your passion for your physical and social wellness again. We work to provide 12-month scholarships to group-based fitness in things like jiu jitsu, martial arts, and CrossFit type workouts.

We have opportunities for both the veteran and/or first responder or the civilian. Project Zero is able to grow with volunteers putting on events or serving with our programs.
